What an IEE is
Under IDEA, a parent may obtain an Independent Educational Evaluation when the parent disagrees with an evaluation obtained by the public agency, subject to applicable requirements.
Keystone keeps these referrals separate from initial eligibility evaluations, triennial reevaluations, backlog projects and vacancy support.
